About Aditya Panwar
Software Engineer at Microsoft, Bengaluru • Fitness & Health-Tech Content Creator.
Who I Am & What I Do
My name is Aditya Panwar. My professional background is in software engineering at Microsoft in Bengaluru, India. But outside the compiler, my creator identity is built around a different passion: understanding the human body, improving my health, and using real-world data to figure out what actually works.
I am deeply interested in fitness, longevity, health optimization, wearable technology, exercise science, and evidence-based lifestyle improvements.
#01 The Channel Mission
My YouTube channel’s central message is: "Building a great life, one step at a time." It explores how I can improve my physical health, fitness, recovery, and overall well-being through measurable, real-world experiments.
#02 The Positioning
"I measure my own body to find what actually works, and show you the data." The content is built on N-of-1 self-experiments conducted to investigate genuine physiological questions.
The Four Pillars
I try interventions and lifestyle changes directly on myself rather than pontificating on theory.
I use wearable measurements, health reports, blood panels, and workout logs as real evidence.
I explore devices, algorithms, and sensors that help us comprehend human biological signals.
I turn experiments, unexpected findings, and biological data into interesting, digestible stories.
Software Engineering & The Creator Brand
My professional identity as a software engineer at Microsoft provides valuable context for my fascination with technology, telemetry, and empirical measurement. However, my creator brand is intentionally focused on human performance, health, and self-experimentation rather than serving as a software engineering portfolio.
I apply the engineering discipline of debugging systems, isolating variables, and validating hypotheses to the human organism.
